DESCRIPTION:Who should attend? Employees and sub-contractors of our Representatives / Distribution partners who will be engaging in field installation of LG DFS equipment.\nWhat you will learn: The manufacturer’s guidelines for installing the piping and wiring systems connected to the indoor and outdoor LG DFS air conditioning equipment.\nHow you will learn: This class begins with a brief introduction to LG Inverter equipment\, followed by lectures about product installation (Emphasis is placed on piping and control wiring.) PowerPoint presentation and discussions will also cover charging and pre-commissioning tasks that must be completed before startup. During lab activities students will be introduced to LG SIM 2.0 (LG Monitoring View Software) which is the tool that must be used to evaluate equipment performance.\nPrerequisites:\n1) Advanced technical knowledge of Residential A/C\, Heat Pump\, and Air Distribution systems.\n2) Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Excel\, Power Point and Word.\nWhat to bring to class:\n1) Laptop PC * running Windows Vista\, 7\, 8\, 10 with a web browser of Internet Explorer 8.0\nor higher with a minimum of Excel\, Power Point\, and Word installed.\n*Students that want LGMV installed onto their PC \nDuration: 8 hours\nMeals: Lunch will be served\nWhen to arrive and depart: Start and end times are subject to change for each academy.
