Attend this class to become familiar with all basic guidelines for single and multi-zone systems. Emphasis on components that may be different from those found in unitary equipment, and proper logical approach to troubleshooting. Proper utilization of the supply chain, LG TSA program and LG Technical and Product Support.
***Note: The same person must successfully complete DFS 04 & DFS 10 for a ProDealer number to be issued***
